I have a question to everyone, would i be able to hook up my line 6 spider 3 amp to an orange amp ppc 412 cabinet? My purpose would to make the line 6 like a head cuz i cant afford one atm. So can anybody tell me if it's possible? thanks!

@CaptBetty33 What Wattage is your Amp? if under 75 you cant do it, look at the specifications of your amp online and look at the Ohm output, it should tell you and then look up if your Ohm output would work

@wolfman109h the gearbox/podfarm software have some micpreamp simul too, i used one of them (i don´t remember what i´d used on this particular video). i just plug the mic sm57 into line6 ux1 hardware, and set the micpreamp at sofware.Peace, Antunes

@ivo51505150 Fala Ivo, mil desculpas pela imensa demora em responder. Não conheco bem a boss gt-6, mas uma dica em geral seria não abusar muito do "drive" ou "gain" e se quiser, usar um pouco de chorus na base (bem leve, com baixa regulagem).

Dude. I think you are "lip-syncing" this playing. At 1:23 your finger went back toward the nut and the note should have followed it, but the note "sustained" and did not follow your finger - BOGUS!

Hello Ricki, yes, i recorded simultaneous audio with my normal rig into line6 ux1 -> cubase audio software, and video with my canon camera. After it, i tried to sync both files at windows movie maker software. Only to give a video with better audio quality, because my audio cam is poorrrr ! btw, tnx for comment and watching my video. thinking of getting an Orange 2x12, make sure you get the closed back version, they are a fair bit more expensive than the open back model but sound a whole lot better

hands down the best sounding cab that I've owned,

I've had Marshall 2x12s, 4x12s, Engl 2x12s and a load of others over the years and this one beats them all for tone,

I use mine with an ADA MP1 tube preamp and Marshall stereo power amp and it sounds incredible

the cab is 16 ohms mono, but can easily be rewired to 8 ohms stereo

i wrote more then character´s limite here and can´t give the complete answers for you.

for resume, i only set my xlr mic cable thru ux1 mic input and set the volume mic knob at ux1. then i set gearbox with a vocal preamp and not with a guitar preamp.

for question 2, i record simultaneuos image&audio with camera, and audio with cubase audio software, then i sync both files with windows movie maker and mute audio capture by my camera.

yes guitarmatt ! you´ll plug your mic cable in pod studio (mine is UX1 model, i dont know gx model ok, at ux1 model i have one input xlr for mics cable and one input p10 for instruments cable) and you can choose a preamp simul (and add eq´s or some effects, like compressor or reverb, for example) or simple bypass amp simul´s at gearbox software. in this 2 ways, you can mic your amp.

Oi nascir, sobre sua pergunta abaixo, usei um fulltone ocd e um ibanez delay de7 com o horizon no canal storm. Sobre a caixa, gostei bastante dela, vem bastante grave no som mas sem embolar, fica com um puta corpo. Unico ponto negativo que notei na caixa é o peso (kgs) dela, é bem desagradável ter que carrega-la sozinho, fora isso, puta caixa legal com um acabamento muito bom tambem.
