Cold Start 1990 Carpenter in Snow 2

How do you work the hazard signals on this bus i have one similar to this but i cant function the hazards?

DT466's and DT360s don't have glow plugs... Waiting with the key on like that just runs the battery down...

If it is a 1990 it has a wait to start light if it isn't a DT360 or a DT466 even the 1986's have wait to start lights

the dt466 has no glow plugs. sounds like a 466 to me. if Not a 360.
