I have a problem in Scenario Editor:

Whenever I activate certain technologies and other stuff, I can then when I play the scenario not build any settlements, only Town Centers. I used to know how to fix this, but now I forgot sadly, do you guys have any ideas?

using triggers, he created an object for "command unit" the increased its size by around 200 - 300% the way to find it is in Trigger/object/create and so on
