@gallatin001 At Kealakekua Bay, on the Big Island, in fact. The site of the monument of his death, at the very location where it occurred, is actually sovereign British territory.
Speaking of Hawai'i, it would be great to see some of the very scarce Hawai'ian Gold coins of the 19th Century. =^[.]^=
