The only arrogant people are the ones who constantly point their finger at others (like you), and others around the globe (including the States).
For example, just because you're an embecile would never lead me to say that I hate the UK. The fact is, I love England. I lived in Sunderland for 5 months back in 1997, and even went back for a send visit. My English friends have also visited me, and the other Americans they knew in Sunderland several times. ; )
That was almost 40 years ago! The travel of young people to foreign lands has helped fix that.
