  • This is the removal of the minimum amount of material from the side of the rotors to prevent the corner seal or side seals from sticking in and losing compression if the rotor contacts the side plate. This is recommended for high RPM or high boost engines.

    All work is machined to identical tolerances and is done with a step at the top of the rotor for more corner seal minimal clearance while permitting maximum side seal support through the center of the combustion chamber

  • How much are you actually taking off? How much is the maximum allowed by Mazda specs?
