  • @jasonluveissay sorry to say but yung lasa ng mang inasal is too far from those from bacolod esp. the one coming from the manokan country here in bacolod.....btw, taga bacolod po ako... anyways the chicken on the video looks delicious naman. :)

  • Just came across with the video and just want to say thank you.

  • @TheCuteako09 Yup, mother ko from San Juan Ilocos Sur pero father ko ay from Bicol, kahit laking Manila ako fluent ako sa ilocano natuto sa mga pinsan at mga auntie pati sa pagluto, sayang nga lang hindi ako natuto mag Bicol kasi iyong lola namin sa tatay nag bibicol lang kapag nagagalit sa amin sabay kurot sa singit....anyway, enjoy the recipe and I wish you a nice cooking time... (",)

  • thanks for the video. i'll be vacationing to bacolod in two weeks and surprising my wife by making the dish there. she's from bacolod. i hope to buy annato seeds. what kind of oil did you use? was it peanut oil, olive oil, or does it matter? God bless

  • @edski808v Original recipe for annato seeds oil is rendered chicken fat, but any oil will do.... (",)

  • @ChefBitoy panu irender yung chicken fat kuya..? btw, natry ko to kagabi para sa dinner namin at bday ng anak ko..ang daming nasarapan..hirap lang humanap ng sukang tuba..thanks for sharing!! <3

  • thank you po ...i will try this one...for sure masarap na naman ito!! god bless!

  • whats the purpose of the bamboo stick it serves no real function, lmao

  • @rdf7777 The bamboo sticks prevents the chicken from rolling and sliding, it keeps the chicken in place..... (",)

  • @ChefBitoy ive bbq allot of chicken all parts and without a bamboo stick and it never "rolled or sliding".you know that. i feel it is unnecsary and just used more for appearance like a bbq on a stick.lmao

  • @rdf7777 Oh I'm sorry I was confused, I was talking about lechon manok. Inasal is traditionally cooked this way in bamboo skewer. I guess the purpose of bamboo skewer is for the people to conveniently hold BBQ's like kebabs without touching the meat specially when it is hot..... (",)

  • WOW!

Like magic magiging pula yung mantika.

  • @cmagiba Knorr liquid seasoning... (",) importante yun.

  • swerte ng mrs nyo, you know how to cook good foods.

  • @khaeti Salamat... (",)

  • @warshock333 My pleasure...... salamat (",)

  • Chef, ayos talaga tong videos mo, very high quality ska ganda ng production.. Been watching ur recipes. Just wanted to ask something, I've tried this recipe couple of times and always turned out very delicious, only problem is parating medyo raw pa ung loob ng chicken. How long do you grill ba ung chicken each side? ok ba na i oven or i boil muna prior marinading then grilling. Thanks chef bitoy...

  • @rjgusa Maraming salamat.... There is no exact time sa pag grill, depende kasi iyon sa laki ng chicken pieces...Just make a deep slice sa chicken meat, kapag naging brown na. Grill chicken in the oven for at least 15 minutes est. before serving.

I'll try that next time...

  • @ChefBitoy Thanks chef for the quick response.. I'll definitely try that next time...

  • @rjgusa You're welcome....(",)

  • your videos always amazing and ofcourse da fooodddd!

i want to try this kaso nga lang, walang sukang tuba d2 sa aming city..hehehe!

    ano kaya pwedeng e-substitute...

    salamat!

  • @tonimcdee ...Salamat... Actually kahit anong ordinaryong suka puwede naman, but the best substitute is coconut vinegar or sukang paombong.....(",)

  • Galing mo Brod !!!
