  • the same way that everyone else got there? I mean it was planned...they probably practiced. It's not like Zac was randomly convinced to sing and people in full costume appeared. A lot of musicals and shows stop by the today show and on that stage and perform teasers like that, with full costume and everything. They also performed a lot (from hairspray) that day, not just his number;) hope that helped.
