If you want to boot into DOS then you need a DOS startup CD-ROM/USB key/floppy etc. There are a few websites that offer various startup disc images. You could forgo that caper and use DOSBox instead.
You can't really. You're better off making a DOS partition on your HDD or adding another HDD (assuming you want HDD support in DOS) then install DOS 6.22. Alternatively, use an application called DOSBOX.

Yep, at 0:33 the SCSI card scans the bus and finds the good old Quantum Fireball 3.2GB. Comically, I've got more graphics RAM than that on my new PC.
