That's very interesting.
The fact that Nobu put the Tuna on the menu alongside a sign saying it is endangered means that they are confident people will still select it.
This further implies that they are confident they have patrons who are happy to consume an endangered species.
I would never have thought that to be the case, so I am really astonished to accept that I know the human race not as well as I thought I did.

Well, let's be frank...if all people were willing to make lifestyle adjustements to help preserve the environment, then fishing, as well as alot of other issues, would be a thing of the past.
The only reason we're still debating issues like these, is that the majority of people simply fail to see the problem.
