House was built in 2004..Michael Vick bought it in early 2005 for $3,775,000 dollors

House was bought at the housing peak and with the market for luxury homes hit hardest of anything ..Value has it down roughly -34% since 2005...

so market value is around roughly $2.5 million-2009
