I posted on another video as well that I was 150 miles from this quake when it occured...we woke to find all the locals crowded around TV's and we finally realized what had happened. We never felt a thing as we later found out the city we were in (Yakota??) was on a different tectonic plate....thank GOD.... the poor locals were just completely besides themselves....

Another massive earthquakes supposed to hit japan soon and god am i scared. According to some people the Kobe earthquake will be a slight tremor compared to the one thats going to hit tokyo.

Being from NYC, I never experienced an earthquake or even a tremor until I lived in Taiwan for a bit. It was just a small tremor, and shook me awake as I lay in bed. I remember thinking at the time that it was fun. There ain't nothing fun about earthquakes like the one above.

My daughter just came back from Japan- 2 weeks after the latest earthquake...this is terrible. I really don't like the music in this video. Sounds too joyful..innapropriate.
