A truly exceptional job. I personally think this is better than the original since it captured the 'feel' of the song (as I see it, anyways). Also, I really liked the vocals hot overshadowing the somewhat ominous part around 1:30. Overall, this song is on par with some of the greatest MPC songs on YouTube. Kudos to you, and I hope to hear more of your music.

This is quite possible the most epic composition I've seen. The insane tempo and use of the different sounds to get so much power behind it.

Honestly, I'm a little surprised you didn't use the dog for a lower brass sound, but it's still epically amazing that is nigh impossible to best.

I'm still blown away by the quality of the sound. It must be as close as you can get to the original using the original soundset. I'm also surprised I haven't subscribed before!

Everything seems to be very precise, every echo and chord, as well as the percussion (which is always hard to perfect with the original sf, but you did a great job)

Of course people will compare this to BK Final Battle, rightfully so, it's an original sf, 3 minute song that involves everything that would seem hard in mpc, but you got round the limitations :D

I agree with everyone else - there are no words to describe this feat of MPC composing. Choosing one of the toughest songs from a fantastic soundtrack, utilizing a tempo so ridiculous that six notes sound as one, and making it match the original in almost every imaginable way... this is probably going to be the "Banjo-Kazooie Final Battle" of 2009 - that is, the most impressive song made in the original soundfont all year. I exaggerate not, this is something to be extroadinarily proud of.

I know. It's easily the fastest tempo I've used. I had to do it so that I can stack notes as I please. XD

I'm not sure if this will be like a BK Final Battle, but I can say that I'm really pleased with the outcome. Mainly because I was able to bare down and actually get the thing finished, and the fact that I was able to achieve that much power with the original instruments. This was really tough to do, but I'm glad I stuck and did it, and I'm glad everyone is enjoying it.

I'm not really familiar with the song, but for me, the instrumentation is really appropriate (you pushed that original SF to the max, and it worked very well) and those cars, while not the perfect chords, do a great job. As for the notes, they seem PERFECT for me (no mistake at all).

The best is that you completly matched its atmopshere. Honestly, this is just as epic as the OST and that's a big accomplishment!

The original soundset is like a long lost twin. When I first started doing MPC, I didn't discover how fun it could be using the original, and just used soundsets. However, after a while, I finally discovered that doing songs in the original is actually more fun. (For me at least).
