I don't know why people give thumbs. This is just a set of notes for the computer to play but not human. Also, there is non-sense to the notes because there are not so much instruments for those notes. That means the notes are not set with any instruments. You miss all the buttons and the music still play. If all of the notes have its own instrument addoned, then we should give thumbs.
