@valsignia You know how the soaps are. They had him there, near her all this time and they didn't "make" them a couple. If he was a non-black man, they would have screwed already. Look how they "show" the people of color on this program. Hardly any "real" major storylines and when it does happen, they are put to the back again. Yes, yes, there are other actors they do it to but you know "who" will be in the back first.

I'm not trying to be rude but I'm wondering about Maurice Bernard. He used to be a great actor--I remember--but now it seems like he can't or won't show any emotions in his scenes. I'm really wondering if his bi polar meds are preventing him from being able to act (emotionally).
@56jmoney he still does - his eyes say so much. I remember reading years ago about the different acting styles of luke & sonny - maurice trained mostly in film, where there are many closeups and ability to emote with the face. tony's style is more flamboyant as he trained on the stage where there are no cameras or closeups. these differences show in their acting styles. but yeah, maurice seems a little off these days

I remember reading years ago about the different acting styles of luke & sonny - maurice trained mostly in film, where there are many closeups and ability to emote with the face. tony's style is more flamboyant as he trained on the stage where there are no cameras or closeups. these differences show in their acting styles. but yeah, maurice seems a little off these days
