Junkie XL is a one-man band. He made music for games like Need for Speed Underground and even Sims 2. Almost everything with 'Junkie XL' in the label is epic.

I'm not sure when Junkie XL released Dealing With The Roaster, but The Prodigy first played Smack My Bitch Up in the summer of 1996. Both are great tunes nonetheless!
