Im lazy; I have a riding mower.

I'm thinking of a reel mower, my yard is small and I bought a new gas mower last year, total JUNK! What I am wondering is? Do you have to cover the same area twice to get a good clean cut or to mulch the clippings with a reel mower? I'm betting that if you had one: sharp blades two: steady or brisk stride when pushing it and three: the grass is not overgrown it wont be a issue.

I love my reel mower the cut is superior looking but I find that late in the summer the grass becomes too dense and the old power mower has to come out . but not if I can help it

These are great if you don't have a large property. Fair warning though: mowing the lawn with one of these and masturbating like you would while using a riding lawnmower is difficult at best.

no thanks, i got a propane mower and it put out less emissions and it burns cleaner, don't want to do all the efforting of pushing the reel mower into thick heavy grass:P

@flybikes90, mower cost me nothing, and propane cost me 12 bucks to fill and last all mowing season at 1 hour per day per week, i mow the whole yard and took me 45 minutes, i got my money worth
