  • @MrYoungmolah Yes, check it out as soon as possible or what you can do is start doing simple basic back stretches and see if it helps. There are several videos on here that can show you how to do these exercises. I have chronic back pain for over a year now as well, and it probably would have been cured by now if I didn't wait so long to get it treated...the longer you wait, the longer it will take to cure it.

  • Im 17, i have lower backpain every morning when i play tennis and also when jogging. when i i swing my legs forwards and backwards i began feeling the pain. at the gym, when im doing squats and deadlift the pain starts, everytime i feel the pain i began haging myself on the bar, i relaxed my wrist and shoulder, i feel the spine is stretching and and it hurts but after hanging i feel more releaved. will hanging from a bar destroy my lowerback in the further future?

    when i push gym to the limit my back is dead .you should neaver put more pressure on it . while i was out the gym i did leg work out was pretty fun

  • Guys Ive this low back pain prob too. I think its bcos i spent most of my time in front of my pc, gaming. But Im also playing soccer like once a week and doing gym twice a week. I got this prob almost 2 yrs ago b4 i started going to gym. My back is not getting worse but also its not recovering completely also. Please share if you hv any idea.

  • @chellebug123 i`m 12, and I have had back pain for a couple of weeks, I know a couple of weeks isn`t much, but to have it at 12, is annoying.

  • i am 12 and i have a back pain i try to crack it everyday by my computer chair my parents tell me dont i think cause i sleep on my stomach and i skate and i just like 8 stairs ........

  • @rexuae Hey dude same for me. I skate and have tons of back pain. I think it has to do with skateboarding. But It also got worse when I got my own computer and sat infront of it for like 3 hours more a day then I usually did and now my back cracks all the time which it never did. I think it's computer and skating combined.

  • @crowspears I see quite a few skaters with backpain. I don't need to tell you about the injuries sustained. Watch your posture when you're at the computer and take short frequent breaks. I'd advise you see a good sports chiropractor as well.

  • @PureChiropractic Yeah I'm spending way less time at the computer and do back exercises I still get some back pain but I think thats just the skateboarding.

    yes to strengthen stomach muscles.......................­.it's your kidneys that swell up and press against your spine is the pain problem............dr's don't relate to kidneys and back problem...or they just want your insurance money or such....just try DOANS and make a vid here within this channel and tell alla us that u are better and DOANS BACKACKE pills worked.....they reduce the kidney swelling.......
