It's really unfortunate that WRW got distracted by the idiot off camera. I've never seen WRW have that problem before, so the guy must have been quite visible and distracting to him as he set up for the approach. It's very hard, at least for most people, to overcome your negative thoughts and fully concentrate on your shot, after distractions like that. I'd guess that WRW didn't take sufficient time to clear his mind and focus on the next shot. That's on him.
