Uh, what do you mean by that? Are you talking about copying a superstar from a SvR game to a different SvR? About copying a superstar from another savefile to yours? Or copying a formula posted somewhere else?

As far as I know, you CAN'T import CAWs from a SvR to a different version. (i.e. SvR06 caw -> SvR07) So please explain.

First I dumped the game into my PC. Using ASF Explorer, I ripped the .SFD files for old characters and replaced them with new ones (basic mpeg-1 video). Changed the themes and callnames (.ADX audio) with samples from SvR06, 08 and 09 using the same app. Finally, I recompiled the game with cdps2gen (X-pert can do that too.

Probably yes, but it'd be a little different: the audio in 07 is ADX format (requires AFS Explorer) and in 09 it's in YAF format, so you'll need YAFextractor to rip the files in 09.
