  • I love the way Seth directs just by singing and pointing his finger in the air!

  • I looove his nerdy dance moves in the background. So funny!!

  • I can't believe 2 people "disliked" this.

  • Come to Mexico, Raul :(

  • I wish they had added Raul to the rest of that dream cast-he's a beast!!-Awesome

  • raul is the best.

  • You know for a recent LA Actor's Benefit Matthew Morrison (Will Shuster on GLEE) sings this. Now I'd like to see a youtube clip of THAT!

  • @badnomad me too!

  • Only discovered Raul recently but very glad I did! Love the uniqueness of his voice - it's so easy to distinguish from others. It may not always be 100% technically perfect but his characterisation is always brilliant, which is very important. Think of his portrayal of Bobby in 'Company' - wow!

  • marti pellow was OK - this guy is BEAST

  • hottest arbiter everrrrr

  • I really wish that the Final cut was posted again. done anyone else have that? all I can find of this version is the rehearsal

  • I wish Raul was on the DVD.

  • me too but the cast of the DVD was pretty great.

  • Arrangement is a bit too rushed, but I love his version of the Arbiter! Go Raul Esparza!

  • Raul adds sass and punch that was so missing in the 2008 concert!

  • I think i liked the arrangement of this song in Chess in Concert (2008) better, but this guy's voice better. Pellow's voice was too weak

  • This bitch is fierce. Raul could freaking sing the phone book or worse, Twilight, and it would still be amazing.

  • Raul was a lot better than Marti Pellow. Raul has power behind his voice, Marti was so quiet and his voice just didn't bring out the character like Raul's does.

  • AMAZING!

  • the rake of the stage is freakin scary!

  • I think there's a bit ozzy osbourne over him, his voice and glasses. Just much better technical singer than ozzy.

  • Hahaha I love his swagga!

  • fantastic, ughh! i wish this were on CD.

and if it is...would someone PLEASEE inform me?

thank you soo much for posting :D!

  • It's on CD!

You can get it on Amazon

(I got it on tape for next to nothing though :P)

  • no way?!!!

    ohmygosh, is there anyway

you could send me a link to

where on amazon i could find it?

cause i thought it wasnt there,

    i swore i checked that site to a T!

    :D!!

  • this version?

  • Are you sure????

  • Who cares if i cannot spell. Leave me alone.

  • Here Here! I can't spell ether! Who cares!?!

  • Raul did play The Arbiter in the show and he was WONDERFUL if I do say so myself....

  • raul didn't play the arbitr in the actual concert did he? why wasn't marti rehearsing?

  • raul is great!!

  • Raul was in the New Amsterdam Broadway concert. Marti was in the Royal Albert Hall concert in London.

  • I got goose bumps...

  • What is this "Chess Benefit"?

  • Then Why are you watching it

  • ][_, {[]} ][_, you listen to rihanna, pink and jonas brothers and you say he can't sing. His technic is by far better than those three, i just saw on your profile.

  • no "affence" but you can't spell.

  • Raul = awesomeness.

  • 'Im trying to be cool' lol Raul you don't need to be cool. You're already cool.

  • So is Raul a baritone or a tenor...? Because he can get up pretty high but that would also be considered the range of a baritone....

ps.I think he is the next generation of B-way and I can't wait to see what his next project is...but I say that every time...

  • I would say Tenor. Because tenors can get low. And baritones can go lower. I don't think Raul can go as low as a baritone could - at least, he doesn't usually. Bobby in Company seemed a bit low for him. I could be completely wrong, though. Hahahaha

  • Baritones are like: Brian Stokes Mitchell, and mostly Norm Lewis. :)

  • If you knew Norm you would know that you can't title him as a baritone. I've seen him hit Soprano notes with ease in full voice.

  • I would, believe it or not, title him as a baritone. His most comfortable notes are rather low. He, however, is a fantastic singer. Ergot, he can hit tenor and soprano notes.

  • AGH, what a stud!!

    I friggin love that man.

  • I hate this show so much.

But it's all worth it. Because Raul is hot.

  • I just noticed that Seth's conducting with his left hand.... hmmmm. He's still freaking awesome.

  • That's because left-handed conductors are amazing.

  • Youtube used to have a clip of the actual performance of this, with Raul all suited up and wonderful. Sadly, it dissappeared.

  • That dance looks like so much fun. This song has more energy than the rest of the show put together- I love it, but it's kind of a downer.

  • I love how confused those two women look around 2:36.

    Raul starts to move her

  • ...The shades actually manage to ENHANCE the Crazy Facial Expression Love that is Raul Esparza. <3

  • lol. I love his dance break near the end.

  • okay I love raul.
