Ok I guess I shouldn't have said that you CAN'T control it. Although, the people with the natural gift of singing don't have to control it. they just sing and it comes out perfect, like Kelsey. It's not like she's thinking "vibrato on this note but not on this one" when she's singing. She just sings. Vibrato to her is like breathing: it just happens subconsciously.
