We got a place like this here in Oviedo, FL. Its called C&W Barbecue; its just a tiny shack at the corner of a road with a patio table. But man they will serve you some ribs with sauce and slaw or frys or some homegrown corn or collard greens MMmmMM o gawd like you wouldn't believe. The fire marshall shut it down cause the tiny place was falling apart. I was so sad I didn't get to eat there one last time she was such a nice lady. Got a free soda.
This place is close to Salisbury, NC. I travel to Salisbury quite often and next time I go there I'm going to stop by this place and have some fried chicken! It's usually places like this that have the best fried chicken.
now , that's some chicken I'd try..looks better then that cracker KFC.

They are still open. B.W. passed away in 1989 but his family continues to operate the restaurant. Google: "Keaton's BBQ" for details.
