I love this..because He did...he covered our sins like a fresh, perfectly smooth, white blanket. He came to our earth in the same way, as a humble, human baby..soft and smooth..love it, Audrey. @rjimenez008 Great point! It was God the father that spoke through the fire (Of course is the father and the son one). But I think she is saying that it is God the father that speaks with mighty voice but Jesus speak with a humble voice like she says in the lyrics: ,,It was still, it was small, it was hidden". Jesus is speaking to everyone's heart, but do we hear that voice? There are too many people, christian included, that don't hear when Jesus is calling them.

But I agree with you that this can be confusing and when I first noticed that part, I was really confused. When she is saying that his voice wasn't in the bush burning, I don't think she is saying that Jesus isn't in God the father. Of course he is and the father is in Jesus like he said.

I saw her perform this live at a Chris Tomlin concert. It's pretty obvious she's singing about Jesus Christ coming to us as a humble baby, not Lucifer. The fact that she openly sings it in a Christian context kind of implies the meaning she intended behind it was Christian and not satanic, but I get what you mean; she doesn't say Jesus at any point. Nevertheless it refers to Jesus and that's why she sang it on a Christmas tour for a Christian audience.
