It's deferent machines.
The MicroX is Rompler and Microkorg is analog modeling type.

i just got the micro x and it also can be used as synth. chossin waveforms and all.

micro x is a much better machine than the microkorg. main thing for me is micro only has 4 key polyphony, while the microx has like 60+

This is just a feature to compare these synths.
And do not forget these are not the same category.

@piersbaker I'd go for the Micro X. There's sooooo many great sounds in it, great effects, USB connectivity, 16 part multitimbrality, etc. If you want to design all of your own sounds you might wanna go for the Microkorg but personally I think there's so many amazing sound presets on the Micro-X that it would take a LONG time to get bored!

Hi there, glad to meet you. So you can really use it like a synth! Thanks for this dirrect information. As I can not afford a real analogic, it seems this little beast will do the job. I've already ordered one unit, I hope it wil be on my desk by Saturday. I'm so excited.
