It was written for the Paramount Picture "The Cocoanuts" that was photographed in Astoria New York in 1929, while the Marx Brothers were on stage w/Animal Crackers. This song did not appear in the broadway musical, it was written for the movie. "A Little Bungalow" was the Love motif for Bob and Polly in the Broadway Musical in 1925.
