  • First saw Mr. Appleyard at the Royal Albert Hall, London with Benny Goodman in 1973. Subsequently saw him at the Pizza Express in London and many times in Sarasota, Florida. An outstanding musician who always gave an excellent performance on Drums or vibes. Hope to see him again in Florida in the near future.
