To say that anyone "chooses" anything is to say he acts independently of everything he has experienced in his life. It is impossible to "choose" anything. I have a friend who is gay and very devout Christian..and she wrestles with it everyday. She'd rather go without a life partner, a person to love and love her in return, She's stronger than I am. I can tell you that for sure. As I understand Christianity, it's a responsibility to show compassion and forgiveness..to love God and love our neighbor. OH yeah, and NOT judge others. Christianity isn't evil. There is nothing Jesus did or taught was evil. You're citing Genesis, but that was long before Christ. I recently went to a concert in Covington, Ky, knowing nothing of this artist. From the first song ( oh dear) I was hooked. I love her passion, and image.
