Good question... If you buy Photoshop yes. But there's other photo editing software that's free I believe. Gimp I think it's called. Did that help? Thanks :) M

how can you resize?

Ok resizing... Do you want to go up or down? I just open an image, go into image size and then adjust pixels. Or resolution. If you want to go up in size you can change the 'document size' into 'percent' and increase the percent to 110% percent, (bicubic sharper) and go up in 10% blocks. Did that help? :) Thanks.
