these were the days when nobody cared... they are obviously lip singing... how can the guitar and bass be playing if they aren't even plugged into an amp... i think it's best to not emphasize if they are actually playing and enjoy the music :D

@pgs5719 dude, "way back when" songs were VERY rarely sung live!! there is even a funny bit from american bandstand where a guitarist's string breaks, & dick clark makes a joke about how he was "able to finish the song" in spite of it. it was not until the big "milli vanilli" {sp?} debacle that audiences started insisting on LIVE performances on t.v. shows! ...do your homework. ;)
