I have an idea. Pay the rent or find somewhere else to live. Don't use the residence for illegal activities. Don't damage the property. Don't fight with the neighbors. Don't break local noise ordinances. Keep the yard picked up and mowed. Don't have the cops called for loud or violent domestic disputes. Don't do those things and guess what. Just maybe, you won't be evicted!

No landlord wants to evict. Empty apartments lose the landlord money. Act right and pay up and you may have a stable home.

@LU29UN99 Uh, do you have some information that they were being evicted for non-payment of rent? Some evictions are simply because a tenant fails to vacate after a 30 day notice.

Do you have some information that these people are either illegal or Latino? How do you know that they aren't Turkish for example? How do you know that they are not native born US citizens?
