Darin..I been following your techniques about six months, I have seen such a progress that I couldn't get it in my last three years of exercise. I learned the tow techniques in High school the one your just introduce"The push up against the wall and standing on hands and pushing up the entire body". These techniques are the best and it works all the time.
Thank you for your knowledgeable, sincere, tips and techniques... God Bless you..
Ever tried this Darin? Crucifix push ups. Start with a normal push up position using dumbells that can spin like wheels but on the downward movement you move the arms out from the body into a crucifix position! Once in the crucifix position the body must NOT touch the floor, then bring the arms back in bent back too the start position. TRY THAT!
This is the BEST, most thorough, explanation of working the abs that I have ever heard! Thank you so much for your expertise Darin! I'm looking forward to trying these techniques.
From a 25 year fitness trainer who does push-ups on a daily basis as one of my main forms of core training I Love this. You brought up some points I have not used before so this was 20 minutes well spent. Thank you.
Darin, you're awesome! I have never been this inspired to do push-ups! As a woman I find them really hard to do, I don't think I have much strength in my arms and chest, but you're right, I can just work my way up. I'll post my 3 minute challenge result later on :) Thanks!
55 :( comming off a broken collar bone 3 months back not too horrible, but my range of motion without sharp pains is pretty bad as well. if i had to get my collar bone to the ground, i think i could do about 15 total.
Great tips! Do you suggest keeping track of push up progress? Or just do them regularly because you enjoy it?

Is the male kegel squeeze the same as holding a fart? If so then I get good workouts during meetings at work. Seriously, awesome video. :)
