1) go back in time to when the game came out

i'm sure celebi couldnt be caught never, NEVER IS NEVER, i caught the 250 pokemons, the oone and only way to catch celebi was in "nintendo spaceworld" tht was about 11 almost 12 years ago, u had to send a letter and wait to be called you of about 100.000 others persons to get in tht event and get that pokemon for pokemon gold and silver, in others words, only 1 persons and his best friends has celebi in their game boy color game. 1. go to Pokecenter.

2. Make any pokemon hold the item you want to duplicate.

3. open "Bill's Computer"

4. select "move Pokemon W/out Mail"

5. after saving, select the pokemon you wish to move.

6. deposit it in any box.

7. when it saves, turn it off as oon asit says "Saving DO NOT TURN OFF POWER."

when you turn it on and load the save, you will have 2 of the pokemon (1 in party 1 in box) and 2 of the item.
