Sweet--do you like the Lil Bluesking? How does it sound playing mostly chords? It has a wonderful--old black mans blues sound in your Poor Boy--I just wonder how it''l sound when not finger picking and hittin' some chords.

Well I like this little guitar very much. Think for chord playing maybe a bigger guitar (with more bass power) would be better.I myself always do pickin' ...

Hi again Lena, I play this tune as a 'train blues' after the style of Rev Gary Davis and Stefan Grossman. I think it is originally done as Vestapol, at least thats how I play it. Also played as 'poor boy long way from home' or 'thats no way to get along' where did you get all these lovely guitars?

This is such a great cover. Your guitar also has such a nice sound. It really sounds a lot like Fahey's 1939 Bacon and Day. You play it so cleanly (as opposed to me -- you can hear my rendition of it in the film on my page entitled "The Great Chase" -- I made it on the first take on a laptop on a hot summer day in Boston, Mass.) I wish I had a guitar like yours. I bought a 90 dollar fender a couple of years ago. I'm listening to your playing as I write this. Sounds just brilliant.
