It was an interesting test film, first I buy a Yamaha Raptor 660cc but when I saw this movie and I'll buy a Polaris outlaw 500cc. They were very good at all and beat all opponents! I highly recommend Polaris outlaw 500cc. It is cheaper than the others quadricycle makers!
i have one of these i bought in 2006 brand new with all the goodies out the door $8,300 both upper ball joint, one outer tie rod end, center link in the stearing, the rear hub bearings, left a-arms burshings, all rear bushing in the upper a-arms and lower, the engine leaked oil, the trans would fall into revers if i would shift past first gear without pushing the lever, the plastic rivets broke holding the rear fenders on witch made the fenders snap, the seat gromets pushed up in to the seat
is this quad really as good as ppl say? cause if so there is one in pretty good shape in my local paper for sale for $2500... if its worth it im gonna go buy it.... someone PLEASE lemme know if im making the rite decision
dude i just bought one of those last week and the IRS is great if u are like me and do alot of ur riding in aggresive trails. Mine is a brand new 07, and I hauled it out the door for $7400. Well worth the money thou.
id rather stick 2 a straight axle u'll be riding like that 4 one day and then replace a cv axle the day after i have heard nothing but problems from these babies sweet quad but irs isnt that great on a sport quad
i want this thing so bad!! there is one 4 sale about 5 miles from me. it has about 4 hours of use, its an 07', and it is goin for about $3400. tell me that isnt too good to be true
you sit near the back as far as you can go, add gas, and pop the clutch. once up, if you feel your falling back, you tap the rear brake, and if you feel ure falling forward, add more gas, you have to feel it out, but give it a shot!! good luck, and ure welcome!
i have a suzuki 300 with a straight axle and i want to buy a outlaw 525 but im worried about the IRS, yes i drive on the terrain at hight speeds but what abomut the road and shit? or can you do proper powerslides?
irs is absolutely positively and most assuredly the best option for moving at speed through rough terrain. anyone that has any questions on the subject can simply ask any PROFESSIONAL racing team.
Should I get 450 mxr 525 IRS or 500?

I dont know about that independent rear suspension

is better than an unic union beteen the weels
asiaintxo 4 years ago
no it isnt . .
way more driver control with straight axle
you cant deny that , IRS is only better at top speed when you hit small bumps
corners need straight shaft . .
wells that for people who know how to control their bikes ,
for most riders IDS is better . . . cause they dont have control of their bike
