  • These more dynamic exercises work the body a lot better than traditional weight lifting. After a workout like this you feel like you've really worked out.

  • That's a pretty solid work out.

    I use a bigger medicine ball, and add a 50 lb sand bag - but that's just me.

    that music was weak...the video was better once i muted it and played 'Pushin' Forward Back" over it.

    Do a couple sets of this and you should be in pretty damn good shape.

  • Well, ya all can pick on the dude, but he's out there doing the work. I follow enamaits programs too, and I guarantee this stuff is harder then it looks. Although the water ball could be filled a bit more. Weird workout tunes though...

  • Did you get this big with this workout? What is the blue thing you carry around?

  • This workout is not intended to build size. The blue thing is a pilates ball, partially filled with water.

  • you should jump when you do burpees not that little hop
