I don't know how music licensing works though...like how do they figure out how much each song is worth? Tina said that's why she wonders how a show like "Glee" can afford to cover so many songs because it must cost a fortune. That's why 30 Rock started putting original music on, like the Joni Mitchell-esque song in bar scene was really Tina singing.
