That's weird that nobody noticed, since I would think the very reason your left hand is visible in that pic at all would be specifically to make sure your red nail is in it, as the notable personal characteristic it is.

I sure would have selected the photo on that basis if I were designing a P&T sign.

In your case, leaving out your left hand, photoshopping out the nail, or flipping the pic to mirror image or something, is like doing the same to Cindy Crawford's mole.
