  • Just because you put a fistful of all bran cereal on top of a heap of fat, refined carbohydrates, and sugar, DOES NOT make it a 'completely nutritious' dish. Seriously. GET REAL. Because of you, people who are probably trying to lose weight, or at least manage their health properly, are going to make this desert thinking they're doing something good for themselves, and they will be making a HUGE mistake. I'd take a bowl of fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar [try it!] over this ANY day.
