Jeff Gordon is completely at a loss, and it is not his fault. The chase ruined his chances and many other racers' chances. NASCAR doesn't need a playoff. It is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Jimmie Johnson would have never won 4 in a row. Even if Jimmie wins 5, or even 8, he won't be better than either petty, gordon, or earnhardt, because he just uses the chase to catch back up and then win. Statistically he will be better, but not truly.
