I tried that on one of my earlier videos and very few people read such information, particularly not those who use offensive language. But I do warn people when I delete posts, and it is their problem if they cannot observe YouTube's own guidelines. What I do is nothing like censorship; I always give the person concerned the opportunity to repost his or her comment, and they can make their own video, if they insist on using offensive language. I have blocked a few users for stalking, though.
