But my God, I have done so on a simulator, it is fucking simple! 1Switch on starter, observe RPM , then switch the ignition and then when it appears the engine has indeed started, shut off ignition and starting motor. Bloke, you really neet to learn how to spell! (You title (unless it was for humour).
Geez.... it's not that difficult to start a turbine. Engage starter, at appropriate RPM activate ignition, then fuel. Not long after lightoff, disengage starter. At idle turn off ignition. Simple as that. :)

iam a systems engineer for rolls royce and i would sack any of my mind management team if they performed this badly during trials at land or sea everybody laugh but its not funny

I think they would of lifted it by now if they thought it was a security threat,but i bet we wont see anything fromm HMS Astute,or the Type 45 Destroyer,they are full of party tricks.
