I'm thinking about a lello 4090 I even tried to buy a lello 4090 on Amazon.com but they won't ship to my address... I wonder which is the better machine..

If you did not buy this machine, DON'T buy it! The insert container where the ice cream is made by churning is not stainless steal, is made of ALUMINUM. Everyone knows these days that aluminum reacts with the food, especially when rubbing the food against the wall of the container like in this case, and ALUMINUM is a very toxic metal.

Everyone should stay away from aluminum and Teflon or other non-stick materials - they are TOXIC and the companies should know better.

but We need instructions on how to actually use it
