its true. you totally need to have internal momentum. like if everyone has different rhythm, they wont be able to synchronise their beats after beating a totally 'different' rhythm halfway through. its really not easy. we tried in our music class, and though we were all tapping the same rhythm, people do not follow the speed and it gets mixed up after a while.these guys are really pro.
