Their is such a awesome bass line to this song. It is the kind of bass that inspires one to play the instrument. Of course you need to hear very loud and clear. I can't say enough good things about this. Peace.

Wow! At last I found this song with video, thanks for upload this Wonder. This song introduced me to Youssou N´Dour and his fantastic music, I think it was near twenty yaers ago I heard it for the first time. I love NEW AFRICA song as well. Peter Gabriel is a Citizen of the World!!!

I didn't know this was his song. It's really good! But years ago, when I was about 7, there was this ad for this 'Woman's Day' magazine, and they took the main line in this song, made it sound bad. Glad I found the real version though!
