@kriteck97varese snow leopard is 30 bucks for the RETAIL DVD at Apple Stores, but if u get the family pack (installs on 5 computers) its approximate is 129 bucks :) hope this helped! Btw, Apple Stores are CRAZY packed with people all the time!
After selecting snow leo in the myhack screen all i get is kernel panic. I cannot boot snow leo, unless i use the empire efi CD. And that is bullshit, any ideas?
I think ANY pc will work with this.. but it has to be a min of CORE 2 DUO or better. All you need is just the empire efi and a retail(non modded) snow leopard dvd.
Can you use regular OSX updates? Once you get past the EFI bootloader, is it pretty much just like using a real Mac, assuming you have the correct hardware?
The first problem with this statement is "I think". Research. It will not work on ANY pc, you have to get as close to mac hardware as passable. Plenty of lists out there to let you know what is and not compatible.

I am not using this, this was only for the video, but as far as I know , yes you may use updates.

@alterbr33d yes you can, I have run software update without any problems. 10.6.3. with mac pro audio update 1.1.
