I am a Japanese and know well about the original "KAMEN RIder", but never heard it before. Was this used in a Chinese TV show?

Its brilliant, sounds great, in principle. Her Japanese is almost prefect.

However, there are few phrases which make me laugh. It does sound like KAMEN RYe-Rye, not rider.
