matt the fish was gorgeous and the blue was incredible in person. depending on how and what light (i.e. sunlight vs. tank light alone) hit her the blue would show more or less. but definitely a blue fish no matter what light.
I haven't checked out what's new out there but i'm assuming any blue angelfish now should really be blue. try going to smokey, they show the most blue.

@artriver100 the best place is to find a local fish forum online and i'm pretty sure there would be someone who breeds the blue. thats how i got my blue angels. that way you save some on shipping fee and you might get a better deal and fish of your choice.
otherwise, there many fish stores online that sell them.
