  • The comments are just as funny as the video. Great job with this video, it was hilarious

  • hahaha i actually didnt know he was joking until 3/4 through the video

  • FAKE! genuine rolex's DO NOT TAKE BATTERIES! oh and also- yout never to younf for a rolex! I've been wearing mine since I was 10!

  • expensive watch-cheap life

  • This got to be the greatest video ever,,,, I hate not knowing the time when I am in submarine

  • You must be kidding. Haha, first I thought you were serious, but the joke with the batterie was too much :D

  • If you're in a submarine! Great vid!

  • I hope you are joking...Rolex is Swiss. Not british. They don't run on batteries. Good lord

  • @haydendillon Rolex actually did get it's start in London, that eventually changed by the 1920's

  • It's a joooke give the kid a break lol. It's even MORE of a joke how many of you on here are bashing him like you have one.

  • Nice watch man you're lucky to have rich parents lol

anyway do you collect watches ?

  • Oops. I didn't know that Rolex are British. I thought they were chinese like mine

  • Even more sad than the review itself is the fact that it is a cheap Fake Rolex that was made in China and is completely worthless.

  • @EzyGlider Don't think of it as a "review" as much as a reflection of many who purchase watches like this. As far as being worthless, it's all in the eye of the beholder. Consider this: you have a bomb strapped to your chest. The instructions tell you that you have 15 minutes to solve a puzzle of it goes boom. The other option is to press a red button in which someone else will have to wear the bomb vest. You also have a choice of wearing this watch or no watch. How worthless is it now?

  • fake !

  • @jofal62 Thank you Captain Obvious!

  • Stupid inbred.

  • Oh my God, so many lifeless people, making stupid comments here... Where have you all lost your sense of humour?

This is a lovely video, the kid did an excellent fooling around with that GMT Master.

I like it very much, and thank to M15t3rR0g3r5 for preserving it.

    Sincerely yours,

a GMT Master owner with a sense of humour

  • @georgejohnsmith Totally agree.

A several rolex ouner with a lot of humor.

  • Be sure to get a battery for the fake

  • what if I'm in a submarine and I want to change the battery on my British GMT Submariner? HAHAHA!!!

  • @rondj1965 throw it right to the wall and it will b just fine

  • 1:15 The crown is too big. The bracelet on this particular model should not have a polished center link. It's a fake. I was wondering who actually bought them.

  • The responses to this video is hilarious! You guys are merciless!! LOL!!

    D

  • Hello, I am retarded....

  • Let me point out some funny things said in this video.

"It's like, a Divers watch" "Rolex is British" "Timer Thingy" "SOmetimes the watch STOPS so you have to change the BATTERY on this" WHAT?

    WHAT?! THE BATTERY? BRITISH?

Perhaps you either have a very horrible fake (most fakes are Automatic without a battery even) Or you need to stop making videos about your Daddies watch, when you know nothing about it.

  • Rolex is British? This has got to be a wind-up (everybody laugh!).

  • Sorry buddy, but should have done some homework on the watch. I agree that its low depth oriented and its a good watch if you go diving, not so much about the submarine, unless you are strapped outside the submarine, because the crew dont get along... Please dont take it personally.

  • So Im in a submarine and I felt like going for a dive, I should get your watch. Ok I know what I want now.

  • Battories. any one want some battories. Buy one get one free...

  • Oh. My. God

  • I hope this kid did this as a joke. If not, he is a sad example of millions of years of evolution gone bad.

  • OMG... fuking idiot~

  • WOW, I HAD NO IDEA ROLEX WAS BRITISH...This kid clearly knows nothing about watches, he calls it a Submariner GMT Master. WOW so sad

  • yeah man you know shit about watches :D

  • Ah yes, I do remember going by Rolex headquarters in London. Excellent video.

  • Yes on there classic models before they had their new design. Since, this watch he is showing is a GMT-Master II, that would mean that it doesn't have a battery. Thanks for all the schooling. But lets face it. You won't see a Rolex on the market with a battery simply because it too priceless. Now the watch in this video if it is real does not have a battery. There is no such thing as a GMT-Master with a battery is really what I meant to say. I think it is fake for that reason.

  • Okay so now lets talk about his words here. He clearly has no clue of what he is saying. timer thing doesn't sound very "Rolexy" now does it. When you go buy a Rolex, while you are trying it on and they are sizing the band, they talk to you about the watch. They give you info and words that rolex uses. Like Ceramic Bezel, crown, cyclops, maxi-dial, rotating bezel, and other things like that. So, you need to check where you got this confusing peice, bud.

  • @zjjl94 I agree, well with some of it. 'maxi-dial' is a Rolex term, the others, crown, cyclops, rotating bezel, ceramic bezel are just general watch terms, and not specific to Rolex. When reviewing any watch you should at least know some of the common horological / industry terms for watch parts / features

  • Now that I have made that clear. Let talk about this battery business. There is no such thing as a Rolex with a battery. Rolexes are great becuase of that. They work on the kinetic energy of the movement of your wrist, and they also can be winded if you do not wear it for a period of time, like 48 hours or something like that. So on that comment I feel that it is fake, regardless of its apparent weight. You can't change a battery on something that doesn't have one, duh.

  • @zjjl94 Hate to take you to school, but I'm afraid I'll have to. Yes, Rolex did make watches with batteries. They were called OysterQuartz which have a case and bracelet that I really like. :)

  • @zjjl94 QUOTE " Let talk about this battery business. There is no such thing as a Rolex with a battery"

Yes there was, the 1980's OysterQuartz, not many were made, although a good looking watch they weren't that popular. Because of this they are now highly sought after by Rolex Collectors

  • Just for some of you commentors, Rolex was actually a british company by Wilsdorf Hanns, the he took his company to Switzerland. Hence Swiss Made. So actually Rolex is british and swiss, thats why Rolex feels that they are somewhat of an outcast in the Swiss market because they werent orginally swiss. just saying bud you should check your facts before you call someone a dumb A**

  • @zjjl94 Sorry mate but you have your facts wrong. Dumb@ss

Rolex is a Swiss company outright. Wilsdorf & Davis moved their UK operation to Switzerland in the early 1900's The Rolex trade name was registered in 1908 in La Chaux-de-Fonds Switzerland, therefore making it 100% Swiss. The founders were a German - Wilsdorf and an Englishman - Davis

  • thatz a gmt master, not submariner

  • What a special child

  • Really impossible to verify it's authenticity with such a poor video and no attempt to view in macro, but I do tend to think it might be real just on the way the bracelet's extra weight and thickness looks and its very stiffly, straight, solid play in his hands. What's so odd about this is why it is, or how it might have been acquired, given (sugar daddy?) to him, and he seems to have zero-minus-one sentimentality over it at all.

  • What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

  • @lilkg32 :D Please keep in mind that I am in no way involved with this video other than finding it online and sharing it here on YouTube. May God have Mercy on all our souls, I have a feeling that there are waaaaaaaay too many other things to be upset about than some kid who excited shares his enthusiasm for a Rolex watch- rep or not. :)

  • Comment removed

  • special child

  • @checkthisshitoutbro All children are special. :D

  • Oh Christ, my submarine's in for repair. Can I use it on my zeppelin?

  • That sure is one perdy timermidgigger you got there son

  • Submariner GMT... TOOL. Rolex is British...TOOL. I can tell that's a fake just by listening to it.

  • Awesome! Lol

  • @Lonnie91a Gotta appreciate the innocence of youth. :P

  • Fucking idiot

  • @shieldsy1977 Now now... you never did anything silly in your youth? If not, you'd be the very first. :P

  • @shieldsy1977 You kiss your mom with that mouth? Cousin? Sister perhaps? : /

you want to have a rolex, but you can´t pay it.

    hahahaha

  • @TheDaniele52 actually its german :)

  • God like he's the kid in the ass-rocket video but like six years later! LOZ

  • i just lost 5 IQ points watching this video

  • I'm glad that's a fake. Anybody that clueless does not deserve to have a real Rolex GMT.

  • lol... rolex is british what a dumbass... and his time is stopping because its fake. whoever made this vid was one dumb fuck.

  • This dude is obviously uneducated about the watch he's reviewing! I just got my 2010 116610 LN and LOVING IT!!!

  • Dumbass that is a fake Rolex,.

  • Hmm... Is this meant to be satirical? LOL

  • great review!! any other watches you've reviewed?

    Rolex is british correct.

It has a timer thingy correct.

Most low depth oriented watch correct.

  • @ghesbo99 I like how it can go up to such low depth and still read the time, because it's like a diver's watch, like when you're a rich person im a Submarine. A British submarine.

  • @ghesbo99 dumbass

    Rolex is a Swiss company

  • @bobbymonks1 Just for some of you commentors, Rolex was actually a british company by Wilsdorf Hanns, the he took his company to Switzerland. Hence Swiss Made. So actually Rolex is british and swiss, thats why Rolex feels that they are somewhat of an outcast in the Swiss market because they werent orginally swiss. just saying bud you should check your facts before you call someone a dumb A**

  • Batteries, British... mamamia!

  • Excellent! No doubt he is now working at an AD.

  • Just so you know....you sound like a complete moron..."timer thing" "normal watch"??? seriously if you are really so bad at speaking you shouldn't embarass yourself any further by showing your face on camera while advertising your dumbness to the world.

  • @ccillo1 Just so you know... this is a video I found and wanted to share with some forum friends. It was too "precious" to leave to chance that it might get removed by the original poster, so I saved it to my account. :)

  • Rotating timer thing! Yep, that is why I bought mine!

  • Dude you have a lot to learn about Rolex watches. These are mechanical time pieces not quartz watches that take batteries. And they are anything but normal. British not. This is a Swiss watch. Oh and if you are in a Submarine you do not need a diving watch because you are in a friggin' submarine. there is no water in a submarine.

  • LOL. Virtually everything stated in this review is incorrect.

  • hahahahahahahaha

    LMFAO
