I think Anderson did pertty good last season. I play fullback in high school, and it scares the hell out of me that fullbacks are going extinct. It reallt makes it hard for scholarships. And I do see a lot of spread and two TE sets now in days. The spread has been really popular in High School ball.

I dont think that the fullback position will ever go extinct in the NFL, but I do completely understand your point. Marginalizing the position has been a priority for many organizations, but it has never really worked 100%. I think we're going to see the fullback position evolve to become much more versatile and athletic in the next decade. Much like the tight end position has become. Fullbacks today should be able to block, run, and catch. They are GREAT checkdowns!

Like Alslot, yea I've been seeing a lot of those types. I 'm somewhat in between a blocking fullback and an athletic-type fullback so I might have a chance to go and play college ball.
